While the meal is palatable, I must agree with several other reviews. The quinoa took over this plate, it called ginger chicken though I did not see or taste any chicken or ginger. I was not certain about this dish as I don’t like strong flavour of ginger. The vegetables I had one piece of broccoli, I can’t see how this meal would meat any appropriate portion serving for nutrients. What made it filling is the quinoa but the chicken and vegetate what makes a meal flavourful.
