Absolutely love this pasta, it’s the comfort food I have been wishing to eat without having it bother my stomach. I don’t have to avoid pasta anymore!
Good. Just not my favorite
The first time I served this meal, it broke my husband's heart – he was so excited for the 'feta' and so disappointed when it turned out to be tofu. But since then, it's become a staple in our house. This meal is filling enough to fuel up for athletics, but it never feels heavy. The flavours are awesome and there's plenty of goodness if you're tracking your weekly "30 plants" to help your microbiome. A solid, tasty offering – hope it never leaves the menu!

This is my favourite Gut Feelings meal bar none. It is so fulfilling on so many levels. Pasta is such a guilty pleasure but in the right quantity without meat and dairy, you can enjoy it without the guilt that usually follows. The other surprise is how tasty this dish is. The sliced black olives provide a lot of flavour, the tofu cubes are a lovely comfort bite. My secret, since having lived in Italy, is to cook it 4 minutes rather than 5 in the micro, to avoid getting a mushy pasta. Voila!
