Our plant-based curry features our own blend of curry seasoning simmered into a rich tomato-coconut broth, infused with kaffir lime leaves and ginger. It’s paired with tender potatoes, carrots, and tofu, then finished with shredded coconut and served with rice.
I haven’t had curry or beans of any kind since I was diagnosed with IBS 7 years ago and I could never eat them without getting sick. I don’t know how they did it, but this really and truly is IBS friendly and did not flare by IBS at all!!
