This is our definition of “healthy”. The word healthy is so widely and loosely used that sometimes we forget that it means different things to different people.
Gut health is often overlooked when we’re deciding if something is healthy. If a conventionally healthy meal makes you so uncomfortably bloated, it may not be ‘healthy’ for you. We dedicate most of our time and resources to make sure our meals are nutritionally balanced and low-FODMAP compliant (safe for IBS and SIBO).
All of our recipes are reviewed by registered dietitians and are proudly Monash low-FODMAP certified.
