This meal was absolutely delicious! The term “chili” is very loose. It was filling and flavorful. I would add more chili powder and cumin, and some crushed tomatoes for a little more liquid, but overall, it was filling, satisfying, and delicious.

Very tasty low fodmap meal, no symptoms!

I thought it was very good.
My pallet has been very small for the past several months.
It was nice to have some good flavours and things I haven’t tried before.
This is all very new to me.
