How to Cook
MICROWAVE (~5min) Keep tray sealed. Microwave on high for 4-6 minutes. Remove, stir, enjoy. CAREFUL it will be hot!
OVEN (~35min) Preheat oven to 350 F. Keep tray sealed. Put tray directly on middle rack of the oven (don't worry, our tray is oven safe). Let it bake for 25 minutes. Remove tray from oven, stir well. Put film back on top. Put tray back in the oven for another 10-15 minutes. When it's ready, remove from oven, stir and enjoy. CAREFUL it will be hot! Let it cool a bit if needed.

I really enjoy the mix of flavours in this low-FODMAP meal. I keep ordering it! (I've made three orders so far since discovering Gut Feelings in January and keep choosing the Tempeh Bolognese.) It's perfect for an easy lunch or dinner on a busy day.
