I've been ordering the Mediterranean pasta during the summer but now with the weather, the bolognese feels more right. I really enjoy the tempeh in this meal. I find tempeh to be quite bitter sometimes but I don't know what they did with the tempeh, it's not bitter at all, just that nice nutty flavour!
I've been a customer since their prelaunch and Tempeh Bolo has been my all time favourite! Love that it's made with gluten free pasta and low-fodmap! It's been my comfort food on those IBS flare up days;)
