Yummy

I really liked this one. I would like a little more seasoning but otherwise I liked it. I do wish their was more veggie protein so that the meal was better for macros. To have this be a good nutritional meal, it needs to have adequate macro and micro nutrients. So, veg and protein, but otherwise I do like this.

One of my favourites

I usually get indigestion when I eat cooked tomatoes but that doesn't happen at all with this. It has tons of flavour without being spicy. The chunks of sweet potato are delicious and tender and it's an excellent, filling meal.

Really and truly IBS friendly!

I haven’t had curry or beans of any kind since I was diagnosed with IBS 7 years ago and I could never eat them without getting sick. I don’t know how they did it, but this really and truly is IBS friendly and did not flare by IBS at all!!
