Veggie Curry
Our plant-based curry starts out with our own blend of curry seasoning, simmered into a tomato coconut broth, infused with kaffir lime leaves, ginger, potatoes, carrot and tofu; finished with shredded coconut and complemented with rice.
Ingredients: Potato, parboiled rice, broccoli (crowns only), carrots, firm tofu (soybeans, water, magnesium chloride), diced canned tomatoes, crushed canned tomato, chickpeas, light coconut milk, low FODMAP house curry blend, shredded coconut, salt, ginger, kaffir lime leaf, virgin coconut oil, brown sugar.

Made in a nut-free facility that also processes milk, egg, wheat, soy, sesame, mustard, fish, shellfish, and gluten.
How to enjoy: Keep tray sealed. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Let cool slightly. Stir and enjoy!
